When comfort food is required, pizza is a definite must. Homemade pizza, though? A level above the rest. If you can master the dough (I failed miserably at my first attempt when the dough didn't rise), you're 80% there. Now all you need is the right topping combo, but it's harder than it looks. You want to bang everything on that bad boy, but try and keep it simple. I went for peppers, chorizo, spinach, lashings of mozzarella and a few decent dollops of chilli oil. Slightly random, but it worked.
So, how many times a week is it socially acceptable to have pizza?
